DESCRIPTION：

Operating principle：

The basic principle of molecular hybridization is to use the combination of the special temperature control system and vertical rotation system of the instrument to anneal and denature the two nucleic acid single stranded DNA/RNA of homologous sequence under specific temperature and rotation conditions according to the principle of base complementary pairing, forming a heterogeneous double stranded process.
